Anora’s Half-Year Report published

Anora appoints Risto Gaggl as Senior Vice President, Industrial, and member of Anora’s Executive Management Team. Hannu Tuominen, Current Senior Vice President, Industrial, will retire at the end of this year. Risto Gaggl will join Anora on 1 October 2023.

The Industrial segment is one of Anora’s three business segments. It comprises Anora’s industrial business: industrial products and services, the logistics company Vectura, and internal supply chain operations. In 2022, total net sales of the Industrial segment were EUR 285 million, of which EUR 160 were external sales.

Hannu Vähämurto is appointed Director of Industrial Products BU as of September 1st. The position became vacant as Miika Jokinen is transferring outside.

Industrial Business Unit comprises of two Plants, Koskenkorva Distillery and Rajamaki Technical Ethanol Plant, provides grain ethanol to Anora Brands and sells technical ethanol, starch and feed to external B-to-B customers. Hannu Vähämurto has worked at Anora (former Altia) since 2011. His current responsibilities have, among others, included Larsen operations in Cognac France, OP Andersson Distillery in Sundsvall, Sweden and Subcontracting.
