Heat transfer fluid is an important part of the heating system
Jan 18, 2022
Investments in environmentally friendly heating systems are increasing rapidly. According to the statistics of the Finnish Heat Pump Association SULPU, the biggest groups investing in heat pumps in 2021 were the owners of detached or semi-detached houses as well as owners of blocks of flats. (* Even though a geothermal heat pump literally retrieves heat from the ground, the risk of freezing is always present, and heat transfer fluids must therefore be frost proof. The same applies to all heating and cooling systems comprising an evaporator or a condenser placed outdoors. The Naturet geothermal fluid is based on ethanol. It is a safe Finnish option that often also has the best frost resistance. In line with the development of the sector, Anora has launched the so-called Strong products in addition to its ready-to-use mixtures. The contractor responsible for the energy well or cooling circuit fills the system with a liquid that has a suitable concentration, often seeking for a frost resistance of -17 °C. The Naturet heat transfer fluids have been available for over 30 years already. Anora Industrial aims to participate in the development of ecological, toxin-free heat transfer fluid in the future as well – for current and future needs. Our specialists are happy to help you choose the product and delivery method best suited for the purpose in question. We sell Naturet products to drilling contractors, HVAC wholesalers and other companies involved in geothermal and similar heating systems. Our private customers receive their Naturet products conveniently with their system deliveries from geothermal well drilling contractors, HVAC wholesalers and geothermal pump retailers. * For more information about heat pump investments in Finland in 2021, see the Finnish Heat Pump Association SULPU’s press release
